A one day seminar that prepares attendees to assume ISO 9001:2000 internal auditing responsibilities within their organization.

Attendees will achieve a complete understanding of the key elements within each of the ISO 9001 sections, as well as audit definition and types, phases of an audit, audit planning and preparation, performance of the audit, including opening/closing meetings and audit reporting. The seminar is concluded with a role playing workshop where groups of attendees audit a fictitious organization and other groups defend the organization.
